On home page Igoogle have prob w/pointer dragging side-bar ??

Just the past few days my pointer (mouse) will not drag my side bar up or down. It is like it doesn't recognize the pointer. If I click on the top or bottom (up and down arrows) it will scoll the page up or down but most of the time (not all) the mouse pointer does nothing with the bar?
