on certain ssl sites when changing pages within that site the message allow appears and the next ssl site will not load correctly ie. from credit card payment to barclaycard secure

on a credit card web site after inserting a payment they direct you to barclaycard secure for you to complete your details. At this point firefox at the top of the tabs geneartes a tab "ALLOW" this once clicked results in an error message and the site directed to does not load. I beleive it must be one of the settings are incorrect as with internet explorer this does not occur. Windows system is Windows 7 Home Version on HP Desktop Many Thanks Contact Number 07876638515
