How can I open a blank new tab in Firefox Focus browser on Android. The only option now seems to be to press and hold a link in the existing webpage and to select Open link in private tab? Thank you

I'll understand if this is a longshot. However, I need to ask.

I have tried the new user interface that Mozilla put out about two years ago. I tried it when it first updated and I tried it again last year to be sure. And I'm sorry, but I hate it. I hate it so much. It's unwieldy, I don't like the way the tabs are presented, I don't like how New Tab works and most of all I hate that my bookmarks aren't the first thing I see when I open a new tab. I've been using I think Firefox 69 or 79 ever since.

But using an out of date browser obviously has issues. Pictures aren't loading, some webpages aren't loading, including ones I need for school, and recently my adblock stopped being able to block everything.

Which brings me to my question. Is there some way I can update Firefox to the new browser without using the new UI? An add-on, a setting I can change? If it's complicated, I can do it with a decent step by step. Even if you can help me find the right phrase to google to get a how to would be great.

I’m devastated. Please tell me how to recover all the tabs I lost.

I had disabled the sync feature weeks ago, but when I opened Firefox just now, it had 1) synced with my MacBook 2) lost every open tab on my iPhone

Please please someone respond to this. Why is there no solution offered in this forum? Clearly a number of people have had the same problem.

My firefox on samsung android phone just suddenly closed all of my tabs on its own which were waaaay over 100 tabs... no update or crash or anything.... i didn't close the tabs either.... just suddenly all gone.. and this is the 2nd time this happens within a year or 2... exact same thing! Unbelievable!! This is unacceptable!! If i did it by mistake then its my fault but all my tabs just totally disappeared suddenly on their own. What can i do? How do i know what caused this? How can i recover them? And no sync..

I'd love to have a feature where I can choose to open all my synced tabs on a new device at once instead of having it as a list under synced, as it would look on the original device I have them opened on. Maybe have that option to open all tabs under synced.

As the subject suggests, I’m trying to figure out how I can recover about 180 tabs I lost while the inactive tabs setting was enabled. I don’t remember Firefox crashing - I just noticed a few days ago that all my inactive tabs were gone and have since been trying to find a way to recover them, with no success.

Which is why I’m here. Is there a way to access Firefox’s iOS files? From my research, I’m thinking it’s possible info on tabs might still be stored somewhere in those files.

How do I stop my iPad Pro from auto loading new tabs? I love Firefox normally but this is annoying enough to make me use another browser in the future if it cannot be remedied. I have tried to find in settings- tapping 5 x and the normal settings to stop this.

I had a little over 100 tabs open on Firefox, and they disappeared when I opened the app. I did not close them, I have auto-close set to never and inactive tabs turned off. They're not in my recently closed section, although the tabs I did close during my last session were there. The individual websites are still in my history.

This has been randomly happening for almost a year now, but this is the second time this month. My tabs keep disappearing with no warning and no apparent way to get them back, and it's always when I'm over 100 tabs. The weird thing is I've been over 400 tabs before with no issues, so idk why barely over 100 now is an issue. Why does this keep happening? Is there a way to get my tabs back?

I'm not sure why a company founded in 1998 still doesn't have a live chat feature and actively try to make already angry customers jump through hoops to get support. Ridiculous.

Yesterday, I had a lot of very important tabs open on Firefox, there was no updates, no crashes, nothing. I simply closed the app and when I wished to resume working later all my tabs were gone. I checked recently deleted or retrieve tabs but nothing. I'm not even upset, I'm sure this was done on purpose to force me to buy Firefox plus or try to get me to spend more of my money. Get it fixed.

Hello, How is it possible to run different instances of Firefox on Windows and on Android? I would like to have for the same user e.g., Firefox_1 with one set of open tabs and Firefox_2 with a different set of open tabs. Is this possible, and if so, how to do it on Windows and how on Android? Or, is there another way of selecting in Firefox between two (or more) windows with different sets of open tabs? My FF Android app version is 104.1.0

I am unable to open multiple Firefox windows for Android when in split screen sometimes I require to look at multiple tabs at the same time and I use split screen with multiple Chrome windows to look at both simultaneously. But the same feature does not seem to be available for firefox.

When I go to use Firefox on my Android LG G7 Verizon I always been able to share from the cell phone to my home PC say a tab that I want to read later lately I noticed that my laptop is showing up my PC is showing up but also my PC is showing up twice I have a screenshot I don't know if I can uploaded. The first pink circle (Damon)is my home PC. I don't know why there's 2? that's my question the other one is my laptop Pegasus I recently had a bsod and was unable to recover from it had to reinstall maybe that's why but I can't figure out how to get rid of it. I had about 250 open tabs and they just disappeared and I can’t retrieve them. By any chance is there any way that you have a record of what I’ve searched. I never saved them in my history and was bookmarking them slowly until last night when they just disappeared. And this is the second time it’s actually happened

Is there any way that Firefox can send me my search history so I can find the missing tabs. And why does it happen

I desperately need that tab to be recovered or the ability for me to undo the closing and erasing of all my tabs and history for me so I can continue with my application and essay that I was very close to finishing. thank you, I would appreciate it so much if there can be a way for me to retrieve that data.
