I used to be able to copy text in a youtube comment by long tapping on the comment and then dragging the handles to select the text.

This method of selecting text no longer works with Firefox for Android. It still works with other browsers such as Opera, Duckgo and Adblock Plus for Android.

I use Firefox 97 on a Windows 10 desktop. One of the things I do with it is edit the modules on displayed web pages of a Joomla 3.10.5 site, which I manage. When I try to highlight something - to copy, or cut, or delete - the highlighting is so hard to see that I can't always tell what I've selected. It seems to be a very faint gray. This is especially annoying when I'm trying to edit the code in a module. How can I control how highlighted text is displayed?

Just to encourage you, I've tried the identical edits on my laptop, where I run Microsoft Edge, and the highlighting is perfectly clear. I'd rather stick with Firefox, but if I can't modify the highlighting, I'm going to migrate to Edge.

After years of being able to copy and paste directly in FF, it seems that I'm unable to do so now. Now I have to right-click, select Paste and then Ctrl+V into the box. This is the message at the top of the box:

Because of your browser security settings, the editor is not able to access your clipboard data directly. You are required to paste it again in this window. This really slows me down.
