Hi, I am using Thunderbird as an email client. I don't use any ESET product myself, but I have to retrieve mail from a an Exchange-mailserver that requires ESET 2FA. The first login step seems to work, and then an ESET-authentication window pops up but the contents of the window remains blanc, so there is no way to enter my one-time code. This happens both if I approach the mailserver as an Exchange server, and if I approach the mail server through the OWA-protocol (using Owl). Known problem? Any suggestions? Should this be an issue for Thunderbird or for ESET?

I have my website link in my signature, but how about adding my facebook and instagram pages also, or will that trigger spam settings in people who receive the email from me?

FIrefox v113 on MacOS converts every keystroke entry in Wordle into a FIND command to search the web page for that character. The Wordle site is: https://www.nytimes.com/games/wordle/index.html. Safari handles Wordle perfectly. This problem seems to have begun with Firefox v113. Please give it a try and tell me what to modify. Problems occurs even when I restart Firefox with all add-on extensions disabled.

5eagle: Is there any possibility that the question 'How do I turn OFF FireFox as Default Browser' could be answered? This thread was archived, without conclusion, it seems cor-el Top 10 Contributor Moderator was/is unwilling/unable to provide a solution/answer [2021 ish]. Like 'Shucks ' I would like to 'Turn OFF FireFox as Default Browser' I did not enable via settings so must have missed the opportunity to deselect when installed. If not possible to turn off please advise and I will uninstall and use another. 05 June 2023.

My old email program it allowed me to "mouse-over" the message title and see the real originating address. Thus someone claiming to be Amazon had to have Amazon.com in that address. Thunderbird does not seem to have that important (to me) feature???

I tried to look for the "json" files or "jsonlz" files but I cannot find any. Where are they exactly so I can physically remove these specific files? To remove stored bookmarks secretly behind the scene?

I recently tried to log into my Firefox account on a new PC I am building. I have Bitwarden as a PW manager and I use the 2FA inside of the paid version as much as a possibly can. I have it setup for Firefox but no matter what I did I could not get past Firefox's account 2FA page it kept giving me a wrong password. I saw that Firefox has a list of authenticators that will work(https://mzl.la/3p8DJls), is Bitwardens 2FA function not capable of working with Firefox accounts?

So I'm on my dad's computer, he's old and doesn't get the computers. Anyway he has two pinned Firefox's and I told him to delete one and he said no way because they open different firefoxs, and sure enough they do. One opens with a completely different homepage and completely different set of data and saved passwords and websites than the other. The only difference I could tell is that it seems like one he's created a firefox account for and the other doesn't have it. But why would a shortcut open up a different instance of firefox like this? Is this some scam browser that's cloning his firefox browser? Or is this some weird thing that is an only firefox option?

Good morning - I wanted to set up two-factor authentication with your browser for security reasons. A code comes up that one uses with one's phone. I connected with it, but I couldn't finish setting up the 2FA. Here's the problem: My Samsung Note 20 Ultra has fingerprint scanning on the screen. Since I bought it, I tried using the fingerprint feature, but it is a beast to get my prints scanned and then it can hardly ever scan my print successfully. So I gave up using fingerprints altogether. So I scan your code, and it wants me to do the whole fingerprinting thing with my phone in order to set it up. It doesn't give me the option to use the security that I did choose to use with my phone. Please advise how I can get 2FA without doing all of this. Thanks. Ritva

I have few sites that pop up in autosuggestion every time I type an letter (for example when I type "i" i got autosuggestion for "imgur.com"). I want to delete these entries as they clutter my search bar. I already deleted search history with all boxes marked as checked, I used shift+delete option and every time it comes back. I want to completly delete all autosuggestion data or find a solution to delete only these I want to delete.

I still want to have autosuggestion turned on. I just want to reset it and erase it completly. I reinstalled the browser but it didn't work either.

I have Firefox set up to basically clear itself of all history, cookies, data, etc. each time it closes. As a result this means I need to log into my password manager each time I open a new Firefox session, rather than every 72 hours which is the setting I have put in the password manager itself. I know how to make exceptions for websites, but it's making an exception for an extension that is confusing me. Any help is appreciated!

Please email or call me to fix. My old, initial, primary email is no longer accessible to I cannot cite the "code" that Mozilla wants me to cite... when I am trying to input a secondary email. What's disturbing is how many websites you have blocked my access to? We may never know. USAA is one of the most important websites I use. Hell, I've been a member since 1985. But you don't allow me access. I have to use a Microsoft program like Chrome (I also hate) or Edge is what my Dell laptop came with, so you force me to use that when you don't allow me to use USAA.

I'm about ready to switch permanently to Edge. All I need is 1 browser, not headaches. You're not reliable.
