Hi, I am part of IHG development team and we use latest Firefox ESR versions.

w recently started using Softphone with in firefox and we are running in to issues when out Call center agents try to switch between tabs they are accidentally clicking on Mute speaker button on TAB.

Can you please help in providing a solution on how we can remove this ICON from this TABS which are playing some audio.

NOTE: We maintain our CUSTOM firefox profiles.

I did search for this a few times on here, only found 1 post where someone had a similar issue, but it was not solved.

I have a 12 Pro Max running iOS 16.3.1 running Firefox 111.1 (29556), and since well before that version (about a month now), I have had a persistant issue where "Night Mode" (that is, for webpages) is ALWAYS toggled on.

Dark mode (that is, my iPhone uses darker colors instead of white) is enabled on my phone, and settings do say to follow the Dark mode setting on my phone, but up until a month ago it would only do that for themeatic styling of the browser (tab bar, menus, etc) and not force night mode on every page. On pages that already use a dark styling, it is creating a horrible white inverted mess.

I can toggle night mode off, but as soon as the tab is closed, it will revert to rendering a page in night mode by default.

Is this just me? I have searched around forums and found I seem to be the only one with the issue. I've since switched to Chrome on my phone, but I love FF, it's my main driver on desktops. I'm not having this issue on my iPad Pro (also using iOS dark mode), which makes me think something with the phone settings is getting weird.

A certain website (flixbus.com) is getting pinned on my firefox automatically. I have unpinned it several times but after few seconds, it gets pinned again. It's driving me nuts. I even cleared all my cookies but it didn't help.

I would be really helpful if the Multi-Account Container differentiate the "always open in" feature based on the URL, and not just the host, which is what I'm guessing is the case.

For example, I'd like to have two different containers:

• example.org/foo # Container 1
• example.org/bar # Container 2

The use case is for localhost in development.

All my important tabs = gone. Nothing under recently closed windows. Most of them too old to be found in recent history. I'm mortified. I normally love Firefox updates but now I want to yell at someone :(

When I tap ‘open in a new tab’, if too many tabs are already open, it will load the page several tabs down (instead of being adjacent to its parent tab). This is a further issue, and when exiting the page, the tab menu starts where it should be. This can cause issues when comparing items in separate tabs, and is very frustrating. This can occur at any point after I only had 30 ~ tabs open.

I know I can right click on a Tab and pin it to the tab bar as a no text tab. My question is can I pin it to my windows taskbar? Reasons for asking. I want to know when new messages are posted to a bulletin board site. The pinned tab shows the number of new messages but that only works when my browser if open. I would really like it to work when my browser is not open Suggestions?

I like to keep tabs open for awhile until I get around to reading them, sometimes I'll open firefox and they're just all closed and gone. I have the older tabs thing on, and tried updating the app but it already is up to date.

Hi, After latest update Firefox stopped loading some sites. Example: ynet.co.il (one of the most popular local sites in IL). After trying to load this site, the browser’s tab breaks - “back” doesn’t work, and it doesn’t load other sites.

I used to be able to place a bet on the horses using my nsw tab account, or sportsbet account but recently i get a message that i cannot open them as it is an unsecured site and it cannot be verified what can i do. Helpppppp?

in firefox windows: I don't know the technical terms for this, so don't assume I'm using "reload" correctly - or anything else. every time i switch back and forth between tabs, the tab i return to suddenly goes blank and reloads. It can take 1-15 seconds every time I switch tabs, but sometimes I can switch back and the tab is the same as I left it without blinking out and into existence. On certain sites, this makes whatever I was reading get lost in the feed, but it's always distracting and frustrating. I work fast between lots and lots of tabs and this eats a lot of time and makes me lose focus, and adds massive friction to my workflow. How do i make it keep tabs loaded and looking as they did when i switched out of them, instead of pretending I just typed in the url and loading that from scratch every time? I'm not the best with technical terms if anybody knows this can you explain it like I'm five please?
