Until recently my browser accessed all the sites I have used for years and now I cannot access them. As an example the message I receive is "You don't have permission to access "http://booking.jetstar.com/au/en/booking/select-flights" on this server".

Reference #18.62052017.1660274157.1f6107dd Other sites like my banking site I can access freely on Edge but cannot on Firefox. No error message in that case, just says error try again. All this started after I loaded Norton. I have had them look at the system, and they have, but also point out that it is not them as I can access the site from Edge. I have looked at the help page and their are thousands of people with the same query but no fixes! As a long term supporter of Firefox I am disappointed that I now have to use Edge to do most of my business. HELP

Do containers not sync? I don't see any explicit option to include them in the sync settings. I have "add-ons" and "settings" checked. One computer has the correct containers and the rest have the default set (personal, shopping, etc.). Sync is otherwise working correctly.

In response to early replies I realized I left out some detail in my question.

- I have sync enabled in the extension settings. - This is a continuous problem (the containers from one browser have never synced with the others, over many months) so I don't think it's just a time delay issue.

Since the last 109.0 update I've noticed a strange behavior with Firefox.

Sometimes after watching a video stream in full screen, my toolbar changes and moves all my customized icons / extensions etc. into this "more tools" drop down menu. I can reproduce this by repeatedly switching from full screen to the normal view

This is so annoying and frustrating.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

I have been using Firefox for many years. Suddenly I cannot get any sound from videos in Facebook, YouTube or anywhere. The settings in Privacy --> Permissions --> Autoplay are set to "Allow Audio and Video". There is nothing wrong with the computer as I can play videos and sound files on it with no problem. Sound is no problem on Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. It is just Firefox that after years of use the sound as stopped working. Can anybody help?

Firefox upgraded and now I cannot access my email account. I get the message HTTP Status 400 - Bad Request. What can I do? I have used Firefox for years and years

WTF are you seriously not aware of this problem? You don't care that people have to use other browsers to watch videos on Netflix and Amazon prime? This is going on 3 weeks now! I've tried all the tips and fixes I have the Yellow bar that says Fire fox is downloading components nothing works for me. I'm Frustrated and quite frankly angry I chose to use and become so comfortable with Firefox. Just make a fix for it jeez! You have 1 week fix it or I swear by all that's holy I will uninstall and never use Firefox again. What good is a Browser you can't watch videos on!

If this is actually a thing, I would like to know how to make it happen. If it is not a thing, this a suggestion that would be amazing to implement into the web-browser!

On my phone, when you scroll, it automatically hides the address bar and everything on it, to go 'full-screen'. I want this on my laptop. How can I make it, that when I scroll, or even just sit on a webpage for a moment, the URL bar will smoothly transition into being 'hidden'?

I want to be clear: I do NOT want to use the fullscreen, CTRL + F11 function, because then my Windows task bar is not accessible. Right now I have my taskbar hidden, which is fantastic because it gives my laptop screen a bigger feel. And if FireFox's URL could do the same... that would be beautiful.

In the last month Firefox using google search simply refuses to search, this is becoming annoying to the point where I will start using other browsers. Is there a fix for this?

All the time it asks for my primary password but does not accept it. I have changed it numerous times but it does not register. It does log me in here though. What is going on? Is there another primary password somewhere?

When I create a new document in Word, the letters become cut off at the top. My setting are OK. The first paragraph is fine but when I create a new paragraph, then all the letters appear half size after that. I have Windows 11.

This morning a technician from Dell used remote desktop control to resolve a problem with my PC (an Inspiron AIO FT7710, running on Windows 11). After that, I found that all my saved passwords to log into various on-line accounts (banking, Pandora, etc.) had disappeared. Is there any way to recover them? Thank you

Hi, I've been trying to open WhatsApp Web on Firefox and it's just not working. Seems like a Firefox issue as the website works well on other browsers. Let me know if y'all have any fix to this. Will be waiting for your responses!

If I click on any link to Facebook, Facebook then takes over that tab so I cannot return to where ever I was before i clicked on the Facebook link. For example, I have a tab for DuckDuckGo. If I do a search and a link to Facebook appears, and I click on it, I go to the whatever the link is pointed to - but the BACK Button will NOT take me back to DuckDuckGo. The history for that Tab only shows the Facebook page. How can I correct this?

I want to know how to disable the image "enhancement" in Firefox. Firefox is rending colours with unrealistic saturation. I recall there being an option to turn it on and off in the config, but I can't find it any more. I've attached a screenshot showing Firefox rendering on the left and MS Edge on the right. MS Edge has image "enhancement" turned off. The most obvious area is the terribly over saturated red pin on the map in the Google search results, but the adjacent picture also shows greater saturation in Firefox. (You may need to scroll horizontally to view the full width of the screenshot.)

Can anyone help me to find the setting?

I purchased a new laptop and installed new OS. I logged in with my account in firefox for my saved bookmarks and password but not a single one is showing.

Also, i took backup of all my previous C: drive files to my HDD. Is there a way i can restore the data from Firfox folder?

I have a 2nd laptop that I need to sync for my passwords and bookmarks, everytime I try to sync it says incorrect password, when I know it's correct. then locks me out after a few attempts but it works fine on the main laptop! Please, I need help! thank you
