My mobile banking app wont work. My bank tells me its because I have VPN. How do I cancel my subscription and disable VPN please?

The Mozilla app on my phone has been inactive, in terms of me finding out how it is working, what I can do with it etc. I dont understand why I didnt have a mob banking issue with it in the 30 day money backguarantee period. I purchased it on 17 9 21. I paid £59.88 per year. It has been very time consuming trying to resolve issues via my bank. Have you tried phoning your bank recently? Ive not been able to use my mobile banking app since 20 10 21. Ive had to wait to get through to my bank twice now. I believe I need my mob banking app more than VPN. My bank is adamant the issue is with VPN hiding my location. Text messages from the bank will not get through to me. Please disable VPN A refund will be appreciated, too. Thank you for your help. Ordinarily very happy with Mozilla . Im sure many people happy with VPN but for me it has been troublesome. A prompt response will be appreciated. I need to do some banking on a daily basis.
