When using an email "button" on a website to contact the owner, the email composition box that pops up always fills in the From line with my iCloud email address. How do I change that (permanently) to a different account?

I set my browser to use English instead of my local language and I expect sites to use English by default. Now for some reason Gmail showed me a "do you want to leave this page" browser dialogue in language other than English.

Turns out, there's a new(?) option to set alternative interface languages, and I suppose websites can now choose which one to use?

Wow, just noticed, even tooltips on this website aren't in English anymore. This is extremely annoying.

I'd love to remove the alternate language from that list and leave Firefox interface exclusively in English. There is no option to remove the second language, only to move priority (see screenshot).

Searching through about:config with "language" didn't help. The closest relevant result was for the dictionaries. I do not have problems with dictionaries; "alternate" did not bring any relevant results either.

I've got a problem with add-ons while using Squid MITM Proxy with a custom certificate for Firefox/LibreWolf.

While I'm trying to update / install an extension / theme, it fails with:

How can I install an add-on while using the MITM proxy?

I'm amazed, just AMAZED I can't find the answer to this with a simple google search, or searching the questions here, and I re-worded my search several times. All the answers I could find, even chatGPT (I know it's not alway sup to date) told me to use this option even though I specifically told it it wasn't there, is anyone aware that sometimes the option isn't there? What gives? Not blaming anyone specifically, but this a really simple question, I'm I the first person it's ever happened to?

I'm trying to fix a sound problem where videos will not play, and this is a suggested step. The sound on youtube videos plays with Google Chrome, so it's not my sound drivers, just with firefox it doesn't play. One of the steps as well was the clear my info, I cleared everything except history, I wished there was a way to back those up, I'll look it up.

Starting firefox in safe mode doesn't fix the problem either.

I have been trying and searching but I could not find a suitable answer. Figured I try asking the question here.

Is there anyway or what is the policy that I can configure to disable the "New Tab Ctrl+T" function on the menu please? Attached image.

Video download helper is installed but icon is missing from toolbar and cannot be found where I'm told to look when I google the problem (i.e., view/toolbars/customize). Nor can I drag it to the toolbar from where I find it when I look under triple bar/addons and themes in the upper right corner of the toolbar. Where else should I look to find it?

I make themes for themes for firefox using firefox colors extension. I want to know how to change the text colour, background colour, etc of right click menus ( see image attached.
