I tried to look for the "json" files or "jsonlz" files but I cannot find any. Where are they exactly so I can physically remove these specific files? To remove stored bookmarks secretly behind the scene?

Hi, I just want to ask why every time I used Firefox browser on my PC then open my Task manager the Firefox in processes tab have 10 more counts even I didn't open any website and add tab. Please kindly check my screenshot. Hope to get feedback on your team. Thanks..

Since Ebay changed their format for auction ads the photos that are part of the ads open as faint negatives that can barely be seen. However, if you right click on one and save to a new tab they are fine.

Google searched stopped working in Firefox version 113.0.2. I have tried all the fixes suggested and nothing has worked. Any other suggestions or do I just stop using Firefox?

I am on a unstable internet connection and while trying to download a large file it gets often interrupted. By default Firefox deletes the .part file and I am forced to again download from zero. Is there a config that I could change so Firefox keeps .part files so I could continue resuming the interrupted download?

Hi: Is the World Wide Radio add-on a Mozilla approved, supported add-on ? I can find no way to address comments with them, nor seek support. All that said, I've grown to adore Mozilla's products even though I'm a newbie with all things digital; thanks so much. I am disabled and limited to disability income only; as such I can never afford to support monetarily to my satisfaction.. it is what it is. I do so appreciate the work done by so many contributors. I find that I do need more support to feel comfortable and proficient with all the Mozilla products. Currently I use the Firefox browser and add-ons / and Thunderbird as an email client. I saw an other article about the same possible but they had a problem with an extension but I dont have that extension but still have the same problem. Whenever i watch twitch or youtube and i alt tab or switch tabs my audio and video stops playing.

If a printable view is created from a website, firefox won't allow it to print to a PDF. I tried same feature on Google Chrome and it works. What am I doing wrong.

BTW, printing to a PDF worked not long ago, but stopped within the last couple of months.

Each and every time you install an upgrade on Firefox, your profile vanishes. So I questioned on how to save my profile and I found a nasty solution where you have to close Firefox because of a stupid empty file named parent.lock which happen to be empty on the 2 cases I checked. I did not sniff in the restore constraints yet... What a mess ! Looking at the frequency the Firefox's upgrade arrives, it would be advisable to automatically preserve the user's parameters. Alternately it would be a good thing to have a save/restore function for Firefox's parameter.

I recently tried to log into my Firefox account on a new PC I am building. I have Bitwarden as a PW manager and I use the 2FA inside of the paid version as much as a possibly can. I have it setup for Firefox but no matter what I did I could not get past Firefox's account 2FA page it kept giving me a wrong password. I saw that Firefox has a list of authenticators that will work(https://mzl.la/3p8DJls), is Bitwardens 2FA function not capable of working with Firefox accounts?

By mistake, I close a window with lots of opened tabs and can not get them back. In the past when this happened I went to history but now there's no available option in "recently closed windows".

Hello! Recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. I wanted to get browser push notifications from Facebook, specifically Messenger, but it won't toggle on for some reason. When I refresh the page, it's still off. I've allowed Facebook.com permission to send notifications, cleared cookies and cache, and even uninstalling Firefox extensions, but no luck. Any help?

I've been using firefox for last 15 years now to do my online banking with RBC. As of 2 weeks ago it has failed to open online banking on the RBC website. Google chrome however works. When speaking to RBC customer support they say it is a problem with firefox and will likely go away once firefox updates to a newer version.

I have prompt in Firefox that says "Your browser is being managed by your organisation". I've done a bit of a google and appears to be anti-virus related which I don't have any installed.

Certificates ImportEnterpriseRoots is also set to true.

What would be causing this?

Hello,

Each time I start my computer and launch FireFox I am greeted with the "Welcome" page as if it was the first time I launch it. My extensions do not load and I have to manually turn them off and on again for them to load properly. The permissions I gave them previously need to be reconfirmed.

It's as if FireFox doesn't remember me at all. It wouldn't be that problematic if not for the issue with the extensions.

I've searched far and wide and couldn't find any solution to my problem. If anyone has any tip I'd be grateful, I already forgot half of what I've already tried but I'll let you know.

after the latest round of updates, my extension tabs (upper right) for approved and secured extensions has vanished. there is one in particular that I want in the extension area (see image 1)

I found them tucked away in another tab (upper right corner) the jigsaw puzzle piece.

is there a way to put the extensions that I want back on the extension area (upper right corner of browser window)? (see image 2)
