Search on Sainsburys website returns wrong products. All other websites work OK. Search using Chrome works OK. Sainsburys said they would fix but have not. Any ideas?

IT Glue has a button to copy details to clipboard and when I do a paste I get [object promise]

I am experiencing an issue with the Firefox browser when opening an HTML file, and I would like to know the cause and possible solutions. I have included the sample code in the troubleshooting section.

Issue details:

1. I have written a date input field in HTML. 2. I have set the onclick event to change the input type to "date" and the onblur event to change it back to "text". 3. When I click the input field, the calendar appears, but when I select a date, the date is not entered into the input field. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue. Microsoft messed up the latest Firefox update. I had to re-install Firefox from the app store on Win11. I thought id would be a simple task of logging into my account. But all my setting appear to have been lost; home tabs, bookmarks, add-ons, etc. I have tried to sync from the settings menu and no different. The previous firefox install is still on the laptop but does not start.

Any ideas? I have searched everywhere I can think of and an hour later coming here. The bookmarks still appear on my phone at present.

Is there a way to completely remove the bookmark editor? I have it configured to not show when adding a bookmark and would like to not see it when removing it. The button in the addres bar should toggle between add/remove with no ui.

How can I fix or delete this erroneous post or may it be edited?

I can create a help page if it means anything to replace this technically and procedurally incorrect and misleading post. I saw it right away but for a newbie to firefox it could send them away screaming in frustration. A help webpage to address this question would be helpful and I can create one if needed. Or did I miss it?

So i have been using firefox on pc for a while now peacefully, i would usually be able to download videos from dailymotion via videodownloader pro ext without any prompts for “save as” for videos, it would automatically add the videos to the downloader and start download.

Sadly those good days have ended as i accidentally deleted the extension via the troubleshoot> restart options.

On a fresh firefox, I redownloaded the videodownloader pro, unchecked the “always ask” for the downloads in the setting, and tried to download a video. it popped up the save as prompt, i tested a winrar download to see if it was on the extensions side, it was able to download without the prompts. I then checked the settings for the extension itself in which did not have anything for downloads. I next tried a different downloader, video downloader professional ext, that also had same result as the previous extension.

Anyone have this problem and have fix? In the meanwhile downloading shows is going to be one extra click of pain for me.

Having some issues getting the Amazon.com website to load correctly - seeing lots of blue underlined words and most images won't show up at all. Already tried all the usual steps - clearing cookies, cache and logins. Also rebooted - problem persists. Other browsers (Chrome or Edge) do not seem to have the same issue. Is this a known glitch and/or is there something I can do on my end to fix it?

I installed Firefox on a new laptop this morning. When I signed in, Firefox somehow found a very old, like SEVERAL YEARS old, setting of bookmarks, toolbar settings, passwords, etc. and then synced the new device to that old information. Then when I opened Firefox in my other devices, Firefox automatically synced (with the new laptop, apparently) and replaced all my current saved information with all that old information.

I'm crushed. I'm missing several years' worth of bookmarks and other information I'd saved in my Firefox. Is there a way to reclaim the Firefox information I had on my devices prior to signing in on the new laptop?

After FTP upload, jpg images are displayed rotated in FireFox-Browser (111.0.1 - 32-Bit). In IE looks OK. The website is built with dreamweaver 8.0. What can I do?

Calendar has 22 categories and an option to add Custom Categories. However, any custom categories I have added whilst editing an entry only seem to get saved in that entry, not in the list. If I need to use that category again I have to enter it again - every time! It seems logical to me that adding a category means it gets to stay in the list and I'd also expect that it would then be sorted apha-numerically.

Is it possible to edit the category list somewhere in FF?

All my saved private browsing tabs were removed after the latest Firefox iOS update. I had around 30, some that I have had for a long time, through many Firefox updates. Is there anyway to get them back? What happened? Is this a known bug?

Hi. Just a couple of days ago, Firefox lost the ability to load the website "ebay.com.au". The UK ebay website loads fine. As does the USA ebay website. I have tried running Firefox in troubleshooter mode disabling all extensions, no fix. I have been able to test this problem on one other Desktop PC, whom also is unable to load (ebay.com.au). Both PC's are 64-bit Windows 10 and have separate router and Internet connections. Both PC's are using the latest Desktop Firefox (111.0.1). I have tested disabling the software (BitDefender) Firewall on the PC, did not fix.

I recently had to have my iMac restored and lost the version of the FireFox that I was using. It opened with the BBC news filling the screen. Is it possible to do this with the latest version? I lost Bookmarks to??

Sometimes, usually, when I watch YouTube, I could see in the Process Manager (about:processes) that GPU process takes 2-3 GB. YouTube could be open in multiple tabs, but I watch only in one tab. All other YouTubes have been stopped. (I have always the latest version of Firefox. ) Is it a bug? Maybe disable hardware acceleration?
