I have Firebox as my default browser, both on my iMac and my PC laptop. Problem is, when I click on a photograph on line, it loads the image fit to the screen, instead of its original size! How can I change the setting on both my devices so this won't happen?! When I use Chrome, those images are all loaded in their original, large size, but not when I use Firefox! WHY?!!! I have tried the Firefox settings but can't find a solution! Thank you for your help.

I have 2 browsers on my iMac, Firefox and Safari. I always favor using Firefox, however, an issue has cropped up recently. I have been using Ad Block Plus for many years, but now it is preventing me from viewing my favorite Earthlink homepage newsite: Newser.com Everytime I try to read a story from the home page, I get a window telling me that in order to read their stories, that I will have to turn off the Ad Blocker. It totally blocks the story from being read. I've tried and tried to get Ad Block Plus to exclude Newser.com but I simply can't make that happen. Oddly enough, this "blockage" does not occur when I read the news stories on the Safari Browser. No issues at all with Safari. Ad Blocker Plus is installed on both Firefox and Safari! My question to the community is how do I get Firefox to cooperate with Ad Block Plus and allow me to read my news stories from Newser.com?

I am running on a mini Mac, OS v, 12.6.2. I have activated the extension (add on) for EZY Photo, but don't know how to get access to edit photos. I've checked in my Mozilla Firefox preferences and the extension is activated. I have not set the extension to private. But don't see a EZY Photo tab on my home page nor do i see one when i open a program like Preview, Photo Booth, Photos, Google Photo. Any suggestions on what I am not doing right?

The issue I'm having is that after one of the recent updates a question mark was added to the address field after the URL on the start page and sometimes you now have to double click to highlight the whole text to start writing a new URL, otherwise the question mark just remains and ruins the ability to go to the new site.

How can I remove that question mark and why was it added?

Hello there - I have the Ghostery free ad blocker installed, but this morning there was a problem and it is not working. When I try to go to the Ghostery hub, I get a message "File not found". I have restarted my computer, Mac iOS, 12.6 Monteray, quit and reopened Firefox several times, and the same message appears. I really like the ad blocker! What's going on and how can this be fixed?

Every time I log into a website, it asks if I want to save the password, and I click save, but it doesn't work. When I go into my account and try to add a saved login, it says "An error occurred while trying to save this password" and at the top a small bar appears saying I need to enter my primary password to log in, despite the fact that I'm already logged in and when I click the log in button it just goes back to the logins and passwords page and nothing has changed. I've tried quitting and restarting, changing all my preferences, nothing works. I've googled everything I can think of with no answers to my issue. Please help or I'm going to give up on Firefox and never use it again!

I'm using a 2021 macbook air and cannot find a way to change the font size of anything in the Firefox toolbar. Not the bookmark folders in the toolbar, url address bar or tabs. The default is a microfont that is hard to read for some of us. The old add-on is no longer useful, and one other suggestion I was able to find involved changing the settings in configsys. That is an absurd solution for someone not familiar with changing code or intimidated by the process. I'd love to know if there is an easier solution that I'm missing here. And if not ...why?!

Just recently I can't print out emails that have information I want to use from the computer. A box pops up that says a pop-up may be blocked. I didn't think an email is a pop-up. Help!!!

Since updating to the latest Firefox (102.0.1 ) I am no longer able to download any attachments from my email account when I use Firefox. I have to go to Safari and open my email there and download my attachments there. Or I have to forward the email to a different email account, not through a browser (to my IMac Mail account) to download the attachments.

If a solution cannot be found for this, I will have to discontinue using Firefox.

- Marquis has colonised my search page. - I used to be able to get rid of it temporarily by going into troubleshoot mode and going through that whole process twice - oddly, it never worked first time. - Now that doesn't work. - I can only get to my DuckDuckGo homepage via my bookmarks, which means I can't have more than one page open at a time. Firefox opens by default in Marquis. - I downloaded paid-for antivirus software with no results, so I'm reluctant to get anything else unless I'm sure it will work. - I notice that several people on this thread and elsewhere have reported this intrusion. - Does anyone know what to do about it??

I can't get Firefox to store bookmarks on my Mac since I installed Monterey 12.0.1. I managed to find some instructions on your trouble shooting page but they do NOT work. Hate to give you guys up, but unless y'all can help me fix this, I'll be moving on.

Up until about a week ago, I could use Office 365 (and namely Outlook 365) without any issue. Then a few weeks ago, typing on firefox (MacOS) misses keys, space's don't work, and there will be a random new emails that will open. There is nothing under the keys, nor is there anything under the control or space buttons hindering use.

When I drag/drop or try to upload a file, it won't attach to the email. When force closing, the attachment issue might (keywork might) remedy itself for a minute, but then returns.

The above issues only exist on Outlook 365 on Firefox. I do not have any of the issues when on Chrome or Safari, not any of the apps on my macbook.

Feels Firefox specific due to no issues elsewhere (including while typing this!).

I had used Firefox's (Ff) suggested password for a popular site, saved the suggested password via Ff, and safely and frequently revisited the site.

Yet when I returned to the site today, the Ff saved password was 100's of characters long! This is not my password - what happened?

I contacted the site directly and they suggested talking with Ff as they believe the issue is on my end.

Since that time I changed the password, did not saved it via Ff, and when I return to the site still find the 100's of character password retained.

Ideas?

my new i phone is not listed in devices.

Also I get emails on my i phone but not on this computer?

I am no techy and am quite ill but need to type my replies and print out from my emails.
