Hey team! After my organization restricted GitHub access to a specific IP ranges (from inside company VPN) I cannot access GitHub Organization repositories through Firefox Developer Edition, though VPN works and I am signed in. I can see the following error: `Access forbidden from this IP address` together with incorrect IP address displayed.

Also worth mentioning that through Google Chrome I can access my company GitHub pages perfectly.

Can you please help?

I'm running FF 111.0.1 on a 64 bit ASUS I tried to get on Ebay.com a couple of days ago and when I used my bookmark to open the site the cursor just goes back and forth and the site never opens up. So, I figured that they were having internet issues and just kept trying. Well, it's still not working so I'm trying to find out why. I have my FF set up for the address bar to be "just that" and a separate search window in the tool bar. After trying all kinds of things that did "not" work, I changed my choice of search engine to "ebay" and when I typed ebay in the search window the sight came up with me all signed on (because I leave myself signed on) and everything seems to be working as normal. But, I don't want "ebay" for my search engine and I don't want to have to sign on to ebay that way. What has happened to cause this and how can it be fixed?

I have not been able to log into www.mycigna.com account for the past week or so. I use DuckDuckGo as the search engine and never had this problem logging into my account before using Firefox. For the past week I have been getting this message when I submit my log in data - We're sorry but myCigna is unavailable at this time. Please contact our customer service for assistance. So, I called them today and spoke with a tech. I told him I used Firefox and DuckDuckGo and he advised me that others have had that problem using ddg as a search engine. He asked me to try to log in using a different browser and I was able to log in and access my account using Edge. So, I tried Firefox again after changing the search engine to Edge and still wasn't able to log in. Do you guys have any idea why I can't log in using Firefox anymore, or should I just continue to use Edge for that particular website? If you can help, please let me know. Thanks Larry

My email screen has gone to a larger page that will not fit on the computer screen, whether in full screen or partial, the inbox is pushed off the left side, and the email previews are so large they extend half the way across from the right side. Previously most of the center was for email lists, but now it is just a small part that will only show two or three emails. How can I change it back the the old format?

Since recent Firefox update, Yahoo mail won't let me send messages, reply, delete, or move mail to another folder. I can't mark the mail as important, or close an email I've opened by x-ing out of it. I can only open an email and can get back to my email folder by clicking on the folder. Pretty much unusable. In safe mode it has the same problem. I tested my Yahoo mail using Chrome and it works the way it's supposed to, but I much prefer Firefox. Thank you.

I use Chrome for the college where I teach but I know I can use Firefox it I choose to. So, I tried logging into the college site on FireFox but no matter what I do it tells me the password is wrong. It is the password I use on Chrome and is tied to the college site. How do I get it to work in FireFox? What am I missing? Thanks, LucyVan

I have two homes in different states. Both have Mac computers. I would like to have both Firefox and Thunderbird be the same on both with the same files and same bookmarks, passwords etc.

I now go into the Library and copy files to a thumb drive when I am at home, and bring the thumb to my cabin. My problem is that I do not know which specific files to copy and bring and replace.

Can someone please inform me which files to copy for a seamless transition between both machines?

I have used Firefox for many years, on a Windows 10 64 bit desktop with DuckDuckGo Search engine. Two websites I subscribe to will not let me use firefox to sign in using Firefox. However Microsoft Edge allows me to sign in. WHY do I have a problem using Firefox?

Do some of my settings need to be changed?

PS Also why is it so difficult finding the version # ? this used to be using the about option and I can't find that anymore.

On Mac OS 13.2.1, if I make a window full screen in one display (my Macbook screen for instance), all other Firefox windows have a grey-ed out yellow button for minimizing and I can't use the shortcut CMD+M as normal. This does not happen if I use full screen windows in multiple "desktops" on one display, but as soon as I split Firefox across two displays and full screen at least one window, all the others can no longer be minimized.

Unlike some older issues, I can still see the close, minimize, and maximize buttons but the middle minimize button is disabled as if every window were set to full screen mode.

For the past three days I've been unable to get Firefox to load quickly as it used to before the last update. The last time this happened the problem was conflict with my security software System Mechanic. That problem was taken care of. This time I tried rebooting the computer, turning off all my add-ons, safe mode...nothing worked.

I'm using Win 10 64 bit. Can you help?

I installed firefox and am trying to open the Vegas World sign in app and it's doing nothing in the tab, it will not come up. I'm so confused and technically challenged

On the Firefox mobile app, when I look at the screen with open page thumbnails, they are blank. And when I tap one of them, I only get a blank page. iPhone SE 2nd gen., iOS 16.3.1

Hello those wiser than me, When my Firefox 110 goes inactive by clicking elsewhere, the only change is that selected elements temporarily de-select and the scrollbar thumb turns color to one almost the same as the track, making it nearly invisible. Is there any way to keep it the same (much darker grey) when it is not the active window with the focus? There are a few themes that don't exhibit this behavior, but I could not find a dark one. My search on the subject yields only webpage design talk or obsolete pre v78 add-ons.

I'm on Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon with FF's built-in dark system theme. Thanks in advance.

Since the days of Go Corp.'s PenPoint and Windows for Pen Computing, I have been accustomed to select text by just dragging the stylus --- that no longer works --- for some reason the stylus has now been dumbed down to be an 11th touch input which scrolls.

Why?

How can I get back the far more expressive behavour of drag-select text with a stylus and using touch when I wish to scroll?

As an FYI, I handed a stylus and my Samsung Galaxy Book 12 (running Windows Build 1703 which predates this change) to a technician at the local Best Buy and they had no problem selecting text --- when I challenged them to select text on a Galaxy Book 3 Pro 360 running Windows 11 using the stylus they were unable to to.

Could we please have an option to restore the traditional behaviour?

Settings | Bluetooth & Devices | Pen & Windows Ink | Additional Pen Settings | Let me use my pen as a mouse when it's available

doesn't seem to work when it is enabled.

Since past few years, I use Firefox for the peace of mind... But never get that.

Every now and then many sites are not supported properly.... And it severely gives now headache....

Thinking to switch to New Web Browser....

Problematic Sites are tons of tons... Here are a few...

1. pCloud 2. Mega 3. Digiboxx 4. OrgPad 5. PhotoADKing 6. Animaker 7. Powtoon 8. SBI ....etc.

Please somebody help reach this message to original developers and not community... I'm fed up of this.

Many developers also fed up of Mozilla... and stay away from updating add-ons or extensions... I literally felt helpless many times...
