I have Firefox 113.x on an iPad 10 with iOS 16.4.1. My login/passwords are not saving. Save Password is on. I checked SAVE on a new site. Not saving on iPad, but will save on an iPhone 8 running iOS 16.4.1.

Hi My firefox on 2 macbooks, Ipad and Iphone are all signed in and sync is on but the passwords etc don't sync. In fact, if I make any new account on one device, despite repeated syncing attempts, the passwords NEVER sync.

But it is saved in auto fill, when i go to install a new Firefox on a fresh drive i goto auto fill and get pass enter it in Firefox and it says wrong password your gonna lose everything if ya want to reset it..

Such a Stuupid way to do things, sure we can set y’all a new password but we’re going to erase everything to let you do it, That’s Stupid..

Moving to a new system ya have to start all over, There is NO Password Recovery with Firefox..

I have Firefox on my desktop, laptop and iPhone. The only device on which I do not have access to my usernames and passwords to login into my online accounts is on my iPhone. And yes I have set it up correctly with the QR code etc... By reading all the messages from other users, I'd like to know if I need to ditch Firefox for good and go back to chrome. Or will someone fro Firefox come up with the fix for that glitch. Waiting for a couple days. After that, Firefox will be history for me. And oh yes, I will talk about this every chance I get while on TV.

I will call this syncing actually it is not. I have lockwise on my iphone. I AM SIGNED INTO my mozilla firefox account on my laptop. I discovered my lockwise passwords were no longer on my ios device. Trying to sign into my firefox lockwise account and it tells me password invalid, laptop signed in? What i need is to get my firefox passwords back to my lockwise firefox account to import them to another password manager. can you help please.

Need assistance transferring passwords and bookmarks from my iPhone Firefox browser to my PC Firefox browser.

Quick summary of how I got into this situation - my SSDrive on my PC crashed last Friday. I received PC back yesterday with new SSD and downloaded the Firefox browser. When it asked me for my password, I clicked 'reset' instead of (in hindsight) just retrieving my password from my iPhone Firefox browser. After resetting password on my PC, I received account recover keys, although all my bookmarks and passwords were deleted on that account. Nonetheless, all bookmarks and passwords are still on my iPhone Firefox browser which is not signed in. I'm assuming if I sign in to the new PC account, all the bookmarks and passwords on iPhone browser will disappear. Is there anyway I can export or transfer these passwords and bookmarks from iPhone to PC?

Hi! I cannot access my passwords on my iPad (from the drop-down menu), but can on my iPhone. I get a help screen that directs me in how to do auto fill, etc., but it is stuck in that screen. I can’t get beyond that help screen. Please help. Thx!

Hi, I lost an ipad (only wifi connectivity, no celular activity), and I am very worried about the iPad being found, hacked and then someone accessing my logins/passwords stored on my account in FireFox, as it does not take much to see those. Simply open the Password tab from the main menu and BOOM. Everything is there in the clear! On my desk top I have enabled the master password so that is OK.

Any suggestions like how to remotely disable FireFox on a device?

attemp to sync passwords from laptop to iphone 12 (both are upto date on software) laptop gets error 500 phone confirms sync Next there are no passwords on the phone. several trys netted the error 500 before all the pass words were gone. What is error 500?

I need this fix now. I'm loosing time and I haven't got any. I'm unable to make the 2nd verification work. I went to the app store and got a Authenticator. It works except when I try to use it for the second verification. When I went to turn it on on my phone, it wouldn't turn on. I think it's still trying to sync. This is a serious problem that I didn't ask for and didn't expect to have another trouble shooting problem that is ruining my business. I'm trying to work and it won't let me.

May I talk to a person? I would love to get help. I need to get help, but I'm stopped from signing up due to this problem. Talking to someone works best for me and is the fastest way to fix this. I have to get my shop up yesterday.

This is crazy. When I want to reset a password this shows as the account.

But this should show this…Firefox on IOS 16.1.3 I am using an iPad.

I have been working on my [assword all day and I have been a dsupporteer of Firefox for as long as 28 years. I have never expweeienced such a load olf rubbish. IO have even had other people checking efery letter that I enter and I still get thbe same result "Incorrect password". It even trlls my newe password is incorrect. As muich as I hate it, I may have to changeto Microsoft or any other undeserving browser but the same thin g happens no matter what. All I want is to sync my AOL enail acount to two laptops (Asus and Lenova) and sync woith weach one. P;ease resolve this or I will have to leave from from supporting you after 28 years.

I have sync enabled for all, but on my phone, only the websites are listed for my logins and passwords. They all say "no username", and the passwords are all blank

I used Firefox for iOS all the time on my previous iPhone. When I got a new one and downloaded it, I came across this issue. I am logged in to Firefox and all the sites I have passwords for are saved. It also asks me if I wish to save passwords. Neither of these function properly. All the passwords and usernames come up blank.

So I did this Firefox thing this morning and now when I click "logins and passwords" this Firefox Lockwise pops up ... with NO passwords??? Please revert me back to my old Firefox! I NEED my passwords

I have been having trouble with getting FF to work correctly with LastPass. I have reinstalled it multiple times and tried clearing cache after installation so I have a very clean FF. The last time I had this issue, LastPass support had me clear the cache without a new download and that worked for a short time. Is there a file etc. that needs to be cleared to now work with LastPass? I am using chrome with no issues with LastPass. I do not use Safari very often but LastPass works with it on my imac.

I followed instructions in the article recommended for this topic, https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/manage-saved-passwords-firefox-ios, to verify that "Save Passwords" and "Show in Application Menu," whatever the latter means, are already checked.

Nevertheless, Firefox does NOT ask me whether to save the password for a new site login, nor do these passwords appear to be listed in Firefox.

What am I doing wrong? Running Firefox 106.0 under iOS 15.7.1 (from app store) on iPhone 13 Pro. Please help! -- jclarkw
