‘Two questions: (1) could not find the 'Report Abuse " option.

(2) I had a Yahoo/AT&T email come thru that was obviously a scam, but none of the filters caught it; can i forward the email to Firefox so Firefox can block that IP address from ever getting through to me ? Or must I rely on the questionable Yahoo Spam filter?

Thank you, Mike

Hi,

Since using the most recent Firefox update (108.0.01) for iOS I'm experiencing the following download problems: all downloading files - video, jpeg's, etc - are automatically paused after one or two seconds. In some cases 'retry download' will help but not every time.

I this a known issue for this update? To pre-answer some potential causes: - I've tried the same downloads on alternative browsers without any problems - there is no problem with free disk space - I've restarted Firefox several times as well as my computer

Many thanks in advance for your help!

Tony

Each time the iOS/iPadOS app is updated from the App Store, it will display a full screen welcome page upon next launch. This screen appears to be made for new Firefox users, or to be displayed once after a big release. However with the current release schedule, the same message will re-appear at least once per month.

There are two ways of dismissing it, either by the “x” in the corner or the big “first steps” button at the bottom. Neither options seems to do anything beyond closing the message.

Please find a screenshot attached.

Am I missing something here? What can I do to stop this from happening with every new release?

I am having a problem where as I am trying to download extensions and/or themes from the official firefox add-ons section and it says to first download firefox. The problem is that I am signed in with my firefox account and am currently using the firefox app in the first place! When i click download the app keeps trying to redirect me to the app store (I'm on iOS by the way) where I already have it downloaded as I have for over four months. Has this happened to anyone else and can someone please let me know how to resolve this issue? Many thanks.

URGENT: I’ve used Firefox for decades, because I loved that it was so secure AND it supported my passwords, collections and pinned pages. HOWEVER, on both my iOS and my androids, this past month or two, I’ve noticed, the pages are loading addresses, which I didn’t ask it to open, AND MOST CRITICAL, the websites are loading in HTTP, not HTTPS? Something has been compromised on all my devices with the FIREFOX APP? Firefox/Mozilla please address this immediately??? I’ve used Firefox for 20+ years , and never seen this problem, before!!! Please contact me and I’ll send photos! I’ve worked with Apple technicians and advisors for quite sometime, and finally figured out, together with the Tech at Apple, it’s Firefox that was causing all of my iCloud apps to not download, my Safari, Support, etc…to load HTTP, not HTTPS, and my “PAYMENT & SECURITY”, to load into my Apple Music. That cost me & Apple $200 last month! Plus, I had Apple disable the Apple ID I’d used for quite a while doable two credit cards, and hold my new Apple ID, accountable! On the Androids, I kept getting a message that says, “Firefox can not authenticate this app”!!! I’d contacted google developers, playstore advisors, Samsung, google refunds, all saying the same thing! Reset the phone, HOWEVER, I now know the common denominator is Firefox! Starrdesign These are BIG PROBLEMS, Firefox! I’ll collect images from both phones! Please contact me, ASAP???
