Many sites use reCAPTCHA to verify human response. When using Firefox frequently get message "unable to load reCAPTCHA". How do I unblock?

sites consistently show my location in a different 'region' of New York (Purchase or Rye, etc), than Manhattan (New York, New York). How do I correct this. This location is coming from Firefox, but I do not see how to change this. Is it possible someone is linked to my account?
When I long-press one of the articles under the Thought-Provoking Stories section on the Firefox Homepage and then select Share, the Share menu opens but then closes soon… (read more)
When I long-press one of the articles under the Thought-Provoking Stories section on the Firefox Homepage and then select Share, the Share menu opens but then closes soon after, before I am able to use it.
This is using a fresh install of Firefox 109.0 (25841) on iPadOS 16.3 on iPad (9th generation).
