Firefox for iOS Support Forum

I have an iPad mini 2, and it only supports iOS 12.x. I cannot install a newer iOS version. I want to try Firefox to see if it resolves some browsing issues, but the app store requires me to be on iOS 13. I am looking for an older build of Firefox I can install on my device. Where can I find the install files for a version that was supported on iOS 12, as not all of us have hundreds of dollars to upgrade our perfectly fine devices?

yesterday I updated the Firefox app on my iPhone and since then it started to close on its own after a few seconds since I start to use it.

I am using an iPhone 13 and the Firefox version installed is 110.2. The behavior is the same as if I would close the app with a gesture (by swiping up the little bar at the bottom of the screen when the app is open). In fact the app is still running in the background, but won't stay open to use it.

I was away for 3 months and when I returned my laptop would not let me access Firefox for emails. My Iphone would. Now my phone won't but my laptop will. How do I get Firefox working back on my Iphone? Thanks for your assistance! Sharon

I’d like to start off by saying that I’ve been a Firefox user for you know probably a couple decades anyway. Today Mar7 whenever I clicked on the link in Apple Mail Firefox tried to launch the site and it crashed. I tried it multiple times, different emails, same result. I tried restarting, this is also on my iPad so it’s iOS only. (No problem on my desktop) and it just keeps crashing when I have tried turning my VPN off and turn it on and restarting in pretty much everything I know to do so like I deleted it which I really don’t wanna didn’t want to do but I didn’t see any other solution. so HELP

Firebox emailed me that a data search revealed that Search results have detected that your email may have been exposed. It recommended you act now to resolve this breach. It said password and partial credit card data was compromised. Is this a legitimate notice or a scam to get me to click the link it provided to go to Dashboard.

I recieved an email this morning at 3:36AM notifying me of my email address being found in a data breach but I wasn’t on Firefox at the time & wanted to verify where to forward it to.

I received an email from Firefox Monitor stating that [email address] account have detected that your email may have been exposed. We recommend you act now to resolve this breach. Did this email come from Firefox?

I accidentally bought a con and you charged me 69bucks for it I didn’t mean to buy it bc I don’t even know what it does. I was trying. I am new to Firefox. I have downloaded it on to my iPad. All the pictures and information I can find is for laptops/computers. Where can I find a user guide for Firefox on an iPad. Desperately need help.
