Maybe someone can help me with my question.

If I use Firefox for iOS in private mode, it seems closing all tabs won’t remove the active sessions. I have to close the app completely to remove them.

For example: I visit Firefox Help in private mode and log in. Afterwards I close all open private tabs. If I visit the website again, I am still logged in.

Only if I close the app completely, no matter if I close the tabs first or not, the session is reseted.

Is this behaviour a bug or the way it should work?

In Safari for iOS it works like I would have expected it, without the need to close the app or even all tabs. If I close all tabs of a specific website, the session is gone.

I have used Mac and iPad with an Apple ID and it sucks. No passwords work, iCloud mail or iTunes music unless I use MS Mac OS X.

Why spend extra for Apple products when it’s a total nightmare hassle signing in with codes, nothing opens and can’t save with storage I am paying for on my iCloud acct.

The biggest problem though is it is Impossible to get help with a problem the tech companies won’t acknowledge is a problem for their clients. But someone knows what I mean and what to do about it

I'm a long time supporter of firefox, more from a philosophical point of view than a practical one. it's my daily driver on mac, not so much on windows as chrome works better there.

Now my feedback is about iOS. I've tried many times to use firefox but the app is simply not good enough, not fast enough and what I don't really get is why the safari + firefox focus add on is better than the standard firefox app?????? start there, you'll probably get more users. love seb

Hi there, I just downloaded the Firefox mobile app for iOS and when I opened the app for the first time got a terrible surprise. The home page was displaying a list of "recently visited pages" but (1) they weren't recently visited, and (2) they were pages I'd visited using a private tab on another Firefox browser (that wasn't supposed to save cookies). It felt like a BIG violation of my privacy. When I searched online for info about this, I found a Reddit/r/firefox thread with others describing the same privacy breach 4 months ago. PLEASE FIX THIS.
