I understand that I am talking to the community of volunteers. At least that is what it says.
But I still have to express my anger, that it is so difficult to get help with firefox issues.
The developers who write the sites and make the apps, hide behind the scenes.
The firefox information and so called help pages are full of ambiguous double speak and round and round loopy useless or vague answers and dead ends.
Then I am told to be nice when you guys cause so many maddening problems?
I did not cause the problem!
That is not called good service.
That is called round around.
The issue now is, that in the last couple of days this new "Relay" thing pops up and prevents me from doing anything on line with my email address for the last two days.
The instructions for Relay are nonsensical.
The settings site does not work.
Options to opt out, or cancel it are not there.
I did not ask for this service, at least not that I am aware of.
And it appears that if I want to use it, I am forced to pay for it.
That is called extortion.
I have lost a lot of time, screwing around with this problem. And figuring out how to get here to this complaint or support form.
I am spittin mad!
