Firefox 8 doesn't allow access the Internet from different Windows 7 users at the same time

After upgrading to Firefox 8, I could not use Firefox from different Windows 7 account to access the Internet at the same time.

Here are the reproduction steps:

  1. Log in as a Windows user, open Firefox 8, and it can access the Internet successfully.
  2. Switch to another Windows user, then open Firefox 8. It starts, but I cannot access any website, just showing connecting. It is not my network issue because I can access the Internet using Chrome.
