On the landing page for youtube, I used to be able to right mouse click on a video thumbnail and select "open image in a new tab" from the context menu and see the thumbnail in a new tab window.

After recent updates, (now using 111.0.1 64bit , on windows 10 pro), this feature no longer exists. It's not a change on youtube because the thumbnail is still recognized as an image and can be opened in a new tab when I use Edge browser. It seems like Firefox no longer recognizes the thumbnail as an image.

Is there any setting I can change to get the feature of "open image in new tab" back into the context menu. or somehow get Firefox to recognize the thumbnail as an image ?

This has happened twice. All my passwords were removed from the Fire Fox PW Manager. The first time, Google ended up with apparently this PW list created w/FF. I never knowingly gave permission for this. Second time my Primary PW will no longer work and I had entered the PW correctly.

Tried to set up a new PW file on FF, which I had since upgraded, but it will not accept my "last PW".

nearly all page wont load, it just spins. sometimes after a couple of refreshes the page will come up instantly. this happens to 80 percent of pages. I have reset, but didnt help.

Hi.. Last few upgrades, Firefox browser will not keep passwords to bookmark sites. Have to go thru a lot of trouble to sign in to any password sites that is not saved any longer in Fire fox browser.. Tried all kinds of setting in Firefox and disable our virus programs and win 10 items to find a way to save pass words. Google and other browser will save the pass words. I am new to Firefox browser, my IT guy recommended it over Chrome.

My issue is that I use Gmail as my email client, now I am all setup and been working all day, I have found I have to download my customers attachments, I can't drag them from the email to a folder.

I can open Chrome and still drag them from there but not Firefox

Am I missing a setting to tick? or and extension to use?

Firefox randomly, from where I sit, opens things in French rather than English. How can I keep it in English unless otherwise specified (I occasionally want German or Japanese)?

When watching something on Youtube and I click on the coloured download icon, I get to be able to click on the title of the video. A blue 1 appears in the download icon. When I click again, then click on the blue 1 to watch the download. Nothing happens. The window just sits there and states 'downloading', but it does not happen. This happened last year and you managed to fix it; now Youtube seem to have blocked downloading again. Geoffrey D Dean, Australia.

So a few months ago I was having issues with Firefox so I deleted it. But today I redownloaded it, and it was working fine, but all of my data is gone my passwords bookmarks my history is there anyway to get this back.

On the website page, it has top rating section of the products. When I scroll down to see the listing, there is a big empty space between the next item in the listing and it continues through every next item of the listing.

The YouTube videos load in troubleshoot mode, so I reopened Firefox and disabled all extensions. That did not help, so I uninstall all extensions. That does not work either. Other browsers work, but Firefox does not.

When I open emails many times the letters are gibberish. The letters are changed into symbols and weird looking letters. Sometimes closing Firefox and reopening helps, but usually I have to restart my computer. Even then, it may or may not be readable. Some emails are only partially this way, but most are complete gibberish. Has been happening for a few months. I have updated Firefox and am running the newest update. I am using Microsoft 365 email. Other computers in the same office do not have this issue. Any ideas how to fix this?

New version produces "Access Denied" when logging into Chewy.com Please fix this. I tried to add an image, but, like last time, doing so froze the page and I couldn't get back here. Had to start over. Can I revert to the earlier version of Firefox that worked? If so, how?

My Linux/Computer guru passed away 5 years ago I have been using Firefox Quantum 57. 0.4 64 bit for Linux Mint 1.0 but am finding sites I need to access won't open or if they open can't use the functions there. I know nothing about computers and I have not been able to find a tech to take my desktop to to get it updated. I am afraid to update because computer is currently set up with protections so I can do banking etc.. but soon I won't be able to access that. Any suggestions as to what to do at this point or suggestions of tech's in the Far West Valley of Phoenix AZ to assist ? Thanks so much for your time and any suggestions. Cheers,
