How do I keep the navigation bar open on Firefox for Android?

In previous releases, the navigation bar would stay open when you scroll down. I liked that. But right now, this is not the case: the navigation bar hides itself as you scroll down. Strangely, there is no option in the settings menu to change this behaviour (as far as I know).
