Minimize/full screen/close buttons disappear

Firefox 5 on windows 7

Ran into a state where I right click to display menu bar and then to hide it. When I did, the minimize / full screen / close buttons in the right hand were not displayed - also seem to be missing the top of the Firefox window. If I right click to display menu bar, everything returns, right click to not display and buttons disappear. After reboot - everything is OK again.
