Notification alert on agenda disappeaers

Hello, In my agenda(Lightning 3.3 and sync with my google agenda) I have several items set with different alerts. I get the alert sound and a popup windows with the notification at the time set But when I'm not on my computer, and I come there a little bit later, the notification window has disappeared. Is there a Possibility to keep the popup window on my screen, until I read it ?
