When I use REPLY or FORWARD to a message (NOT COMPOSING A NEW MESSAGE) the default format is "Paragraph". I'd like it to default to "Body Text".

In Global Composing Preferences I have the "When using paragraph format, the enter key creates a new paragraph" option unchecked. Unchecking this option has allowed me to maintain Body of Text formatting when Composing a new message. However, that is not the case when Replying to or Forwarding an email message. In both cases, Paragraph continues to be the default format. I would like Body of Text to be the default format in all cases.
