I can't switch pages by swiping left and right. I looked it up and people said to change the about:config to

browser.gesture.swipe.left Browser:BackOrBackDuplicate browser.gesture.swipe.right Browser:ForwardOrForwardDuplicate

but it was already like that and it doesn't let me scroll between pages.
