The 'Open in App' button is missing in the overflow button.

I'm using Firefox beta for testers on Android. Version 115.0b3

I've attached here a screenshot of the overflow button while browsing YouTube.com on Firefox browser.

Google pixel 7 pro, android 13 April patches, Gboard keyboard app, Firefox for Android 112 / 113 beta:

behaviour: 1) I open an app on Android (i.e. YouTube) 2) bring it to splitscreen and select Firefox as second app arranged below 3) in Firefox, I tap on the address bar 4) the keyboard appears from below, the upper app (YouTube) is halved in height (correct behaviour?) and type an URL in firefox' address bar, and press enter 4) the website loads, the keyboard slides down to be hidden again. 5) but there remains a black area at the bottom of the screen (about 1/6th of the screen height, but not as high as the keyboard was before) and the above app is still cut in half. Firefox itself looks okay and stays usable. 6) I can bring up the keyboard again by typing, the black area reappears if the keyboard is hidden again, upper app remains cut. 7) if I bring up the keyboard and then use the "hide keyboard arrow down button" in Gboard, the keyboard slides away and no black bar remains, upper app is fully visible, everything is right then. so the problem only happens if Firefox is inducing the hide keyboard command(?).

- checked with different upper apps (IMs, YouTube, ...) no difference in behaviour. - tried the same with Chrome and Vivaldi browsers as "lower apps" - auto-hiding the keyboard after typing works there as intended, no remaining black area, no cut upper app. tried with Firefox in non-splitscreen mode, it works as intended there.

I waited for several updates for Android, gboard and Firefox or Firefox beta, no change since like january.

Whenever I type a URL into the address bar in FF for Android, it leaves the existing page in the tab, and navigates to the URL in a new tab. The same thing happens if I tap the address bar and then tap one of the "quick link" icons.

How do I get FF for Android to behave like desktop FF, where things don't magically get opened in new tabs unless I explicitly open a new tab?

On Firefox Beta for Android, 113.0b9 (Build #2015947331).

I run 30-40 tabs. Sometimes when I switch to a tab it is no longer on the page I left it at. It is one page back in the tabs history. When I first switch to the tab the URL is briefly correct, and it's as of the Back button was hit. Forward is not an available option.

It does not consistently happen, or I would have better repro steps. Maybe it has to do with the tab being loaded out of memory?

This has been going on for a while now, a few months at least. I figured it would be fixed with subsequent updates but not yet, I have also had no luck searching for anyone else experiencing this bug.

On some sites Firefox will not play the embedded videos. For example embedded screencast recordings like those used by employee time management platforms eg time doctor. Not sure of the format maybe webm

Add the Play background option to videos and audio, pre-installed in settings, as it is in the Brave browser. The current Background Video Playback add-on does not fully play all video and audio background playback features, it does not fully work. Firefox for Android has issue while playing media in backgroun, Xperia devices. Using the nightly also, and nothing is changing for the best in the latest upgrades, and this is quite an issue. So, there is so much sound clipping while listening to any kind of Youtube content and it's really annoying. It interacts badly with any stock or third party equalizer or virtualizer (360 sound of Xperia). Xperia 1IV user. Please help! Thank you!

YouTube videos on Firefox Android Stable, Beta, and Nighty, experience significant frame drops when viewing "Stats" both on AVC1 and VP9, and on all resolutions. I checked about:config in both Beta and Nightly and HW acceleration was enabled. This was true for a FRESH install as well. I tried this on other devices and the problem persists. Mull, which is a fork of Fennec, plays the same videos without any problems. Other browsers are also fine.

every single website i visited is slow as snail. it took me off. I've been waited for a website to load and it's so freaking slow. i already update my firefox to the latest version. and already cleared all cache. please firefox. we need the fastest browsing experience like opera and other web browser. please provide us this

This is a problem I've been having on and off for a while now. It seems to only happen on specific web sites, and only in Firefox (I use the Beta browser). On some sites the issue seems intermittent, while on others it's there every time. The issue is this: it seems that my keyboard (SwiftKey) fails to correctly recognize text input fields as such. Some times this leads to text input being doubled, as the autocorrect system fails to remove the direct input to replace it with the corrected word. Typically it means every word is capitalized, as every word is seen by the keyboard as the first word in a field. Some times the keyboard doesn't open at all. Erasing text is often either entirely impossible or extremely slow, as is navigating already input text.

Ive tried clearing both browser and keyboard caches with no change. Visiting the same sites in Chrome has everything work as intended.
