Please help. My seamless syncing is not seamless. Laptop has win11, version 114, all the necessary options, but my phone has no in-browser scan accessed through the missing 'sync and save data' option. I remain a loyal (2004) user. Thank you

Sometimes I want to close tabs to free up memory but I don't want to close the tab I'm currently using so I have to close all other tabs manually which is tedious.

Perhaps tapping and holding could bring up a menu that says "Close all other tabs" and/or "Close tabs before/after" like on desktop.

I noticed that on Brave or any chromium based browser (Android), I would be able to just simple highlight part of an URL and then the whole url would be automatically selected. This behaviour is not possible on Firefox (Android) and I would have to manually select the whole URL myself. Please see here for a clearer picture: demonstration Is there a setting that I can possibly turn on to have the same function as in Brave or chromium browsers?

I used the scan QR code feature with Camera permissions set to ask every time. I think I accidentally pressed no once. Now, Firefox asks to go to permissions and grant camera access, although the Camera permission is still available in settings.

This is not a critical issue. It works will full Camera permissions.

Hello! I use this tab. Galaxy Tab A (2016), unfortunately it is not capable to safe files from Firefox, e.g. PDF files. Samsung browser is working but I like to use Firefox. Best regards Ted Ernhill

I'm following the instructions to set Firefox nightly as my default browser, but when I go to settings and try to switch the toggle to "set as default browser" instead of doing it, it just opens a new tab with the instruction. I got up to 4 identical tabs before I gave up. I know how to do it, it's just malfunctioning.

In a separate issue, I have had Firefox Beta for about a year on my Kindle Fire, always worked great. Since the latest update, it won't even open. The screen pops up for a second, then immediately closes. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. I installed regular Firefox, no issue. Then I found nightly, installed with no issue (other than the problem listed above).

I'm using Firefox Nightly and the "suggested logins" bar at the bottom is still there, even after I have already logged in to youtube on the website. Actually, it's still on this tab as well, while I am already logged in to Mozilla.

I actually really enjoy Pocket on my main windows machine in Firefox, read lots of the suggested articles all the time. However, when searching about it for Android all my queries seem to bring up the fact that it should be baked in from the get go.

My issue is that when I go to the "Customise Hompage" section there IS NO option for pocket. No mention, no checkbox etc. I have all the other options. I thought perhaps it was something else that I needed to download it from the app store separately however that didn't do anything either. I'm on 113.20 according the "About Firefox" section of the browser. Android version 13. I just did a reinstall of the app and nothing new appeared either.

Can anyone suggest any options.

There are these weird bugs whenever I start watching videos regardless of website and happens in Firefox and Firefox Beta. This happens randomly. Some videos remain in portrait mode while in some, Firefox totally minimizes the app, then displays "firefox entering full screen mode" at the bottom of the home screen. When I try to reopen without fully closing the app, the app thinks it's still in landscape mode. (See attached file). This only happened several weeks or months ago. Is there any way to fix these?

Wrong language somehow. I was checking out the language settings & accidentally checked a box next to a language that I do not know. Immediately, I tried to change it back to English (U.K. version) but was unsuccessful & now I don't know what to do. I can't even guess correctly which one of the settings is the one for languages, because of course it is in a language of which I have no knowledge. Please, if someone can help? That is my most immediate problem - once that is sorted, I will need help restoring the browser with over 250 Collections on it, that just disappeared off my phone the other while I was doing some "housecleaning".
