Settings No Longer Allows Me to Chose WHERE TO FILE
This has become really annoying: when I go to settings -files and application it is locked to "Downloads" Folder. I want them to go to desktop and then decide what folder I want to put them in (if at all)!

Sorry for my previous reply, that reply was meant for another thread, so you can ignore it.
You need to disable the 'Ask' further down to be able to change the default folder.
