Firefox browser opens and hides taskbar. FF opens with minimized window and disappears from display after maximizing and Flickers

Firefox browser opens and hides the taskbar. FF opens with minimized window and disappears after maximizing, but it is running in the background. When it opens it also flickers and it's title bar appears transparent.

I have tried the following troubleshooting suggestions but nothing resolved the issue. 1) Renamed XULSTORE.JSON to XULSTORE.JSONOLD and XULSTORE.OLD also deleted the XULSTORE.JSON file. 2) Started FF in Safe mode and also reset Firefox. 3) Reinstalled and clean installed different versions and same version of FF browser but nothing worked.
