I wrote this on 13 June 2022: ...I am signed into a Firefox account. I have used this account on at least three different computers. I have downloaded the application anew at least a dozen times.

Firefox randomly, from where I sit, opens things in French rather than English. How can I keep it in English unless otherwise specified (I occasionally want German or Japanese)?

How can I get all the info out of my account and try to start another that speaks English reliably?

My Navy Federal Credit Union website no longer opens, just a blank white page. I use it nearly daily so now must rely on my phone app. I prefer to do my banking on my MacBook Pro. Here is the link that no longer lets me sign in: https://digitalapps.navyfederal.org/signin/

The link works on my Safari browser but the site isn't fully functional on that browser. I have used Firefox exclusively for years and with this bank. The Browser support info at NFCU says Firefox still works. How do I solve this ?

I'm running Firefox 113.02 on Windows 10 22H2 OS Build 19045.2965 on an older HP Laptop.

In trying to resolve an issue with another app, their help desk suggested that I needed to start Firefox fresh with a new profile, that the profile I was using might be causing the problem. My first step was to save and rename the profile that I was using before proceeding, then I proceeded as instructed. I don't know how to revert to the old, saved profile. Articles that I've read discussed too many variables confusing me ; so I'm here to ask help from the community.

The reason that I want to revert is because I lost add-ons that made my browsing life better. I failed to make a note of those add-ons, some of which I've been using for so long that I've lost awareness of them. Bookmarks have also been scrambled and lost. If it matters, I've run Firefox today using the new profile that is missing things I want and need. If browsing today added anything to the profile I will happily do without it to get my old profile settings and pointers back.

I can see the profile that I renamed and saved when I enter about:profiles. I also see several other profiles. I infer that the last profile in the list is the current and default profile, but I'm not certain; so maybe that question should be my second. My first question is can I revert to the old profile? When I see the old, renamed and saved profile, it does not appear with a button to make it the default.

From what I've read, my understanding is that I have to make the saved profile the active and/or default profile so that it will be used by Firefox each time Firefox is reloaded. Do I also have to rename it?

Help will be greatly appreciated and gratefully received.

When watching something on Youtube and I click on the coloured download icon, I get to be able to click on the title of the video. A blue 1 appears in the download icon. When I click again, then click on the blue 1 to watch the download. Nothing happens. The window just sits there and states 'downloading', but it does not happen. This happened last year and you managed to fix it; now Youtube seem to have blocked downloading again. Geoffrey D Dean, Australia.

So a few months ago I was having issues with Firefox so I deleted it. But today I redownloaded it, and it was working fine, but all of my data is gone my passwords bookmarks my history is there anyway to get this back.

Recently , I would say within the last month or so, all the sudden when a site asks for my username and password I cannot use autofill. With Firefox as the auto fill provider or a 3rd part tool password program like Biwarden. For a while this worked like a charm but what happens is this username and password fields come up on a webpage. At the bottom I see firefoxes prompt and Bitwardens prompt to select a username. I can do this in both but when I click on the username nothing happens. I have uninstalled both and reinstalled made each a provider etc... This does not happen with Chrome

This feature and this feature alone has me thinking of just leaving Firefox first the revamp with mobile. Got used to it, now this, sorry but this is a deal breaker.

I am using a OnePlus n10 5g on Metro. Updated as updated can get I am at a loss here but auto fill has be ome useless in Firefox.

On the website page, it has top rating section of the products. When I scroll down to see the listing, there is a big empty space between the next item in the listing and it continues through every next item of the listing.

The old PC is dead, there is no back-up/export of the saved passwords and no sync. I can only access the disk content when connected to another PC. Where and in which files are the Firefox saved passwords stored in and can I see them or import them in the new installation?

I have prompt in Firefox that says "Your browser is being managed by your organisation". I've done a bit of a google and appears to be anti-virus related which I don't have any installed.

Certificates ImportEnterpriseRoots is also set to true.

What would be causing this?

When clicking on a redirect (Get recipe) to a new tab in the Bon Appetite site, Firefox causes a BSOD. No other browser does this. ver 113.2 64 Bit. (Reinstalled) No extensions in effect. Computer: I9 with 32 gigs DDR4 and terabytes of open space. Graphics: Radeon RX 580 - 8G All drivers up to date. VRam tested with OCCT

The big thing here is, NO other browser has this issue. I have whittled down system error logs to only DCom and LSA errors.

Any real help would be appreciated!

When opening Firefox for the first time after turning system on for the day, Firefox has for some reason opening a separate window With this address: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/avg-online-security/?src=external-app-newtab-store I do use AVG as my anti-viral program but am not interested in using this add-on. Hi, I just want to ask why every time I used Firefox browser on my PC then open my Task manager the Firefox in processes tab have 10 more counts even I didn't open any website and add tab. Please kindly check my screenshot. Hope to get feedback on your team. Thanks..

Google searched stopped working in Firefox version 113.0.2. I have tried all the fixes suggested and nothing has worked. Any other suggestions or do I just stop using Firefox?

If you can find out what causes this error code to appear, we would be on the road to solving the problem. BTW, it can play videos on the selection screen but only raises the error when i try to launch the movie. I also have difficulty with News videos where the wait symbol never stops, it just keeps trying to play it and never succeeds.
