Regards, Sir/Madam The website functions OK in Chrome but not in Firefox. https://slidesharedown.com/ is the URL. The website symbol in the top left corner shows that contact has been made even though the page is now blank. Anyone with knowledge of the cause of Firefox's inability to load the website?

I been using Fire Fox for a long time. I upgraded to two step authentication with the ten code numbers. But every time Fire Fox System keeps asking me for an authentication code to pair iPhone to desktop. I tried all the apps but I don't how to obtain the code from those app.

Can you please explain/guide me how to find this code or the app I need to use.

Please have a look at this link. Everyone on the team is having the same issue that when we try to play it we get this error: "The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

This link will work fine in all other browsers. Every other video on the site (over 200 of them) work fine in FireFox, this one will not. We would appreciate any assistance in this matter.

Well, this is not much support question, but I didn't found better place to ask.

Why is this nice feature disabled by default? It is disabled by default not only in Firefox, but also in other major browsers like Chrome, Edge, or Opera.

If I wanted to activate it (Because it is nice feature), then I must press F7, or click on checkbox in settings.

If you don't know what I'm talking, then it is the "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages" option.

I found the use of using right-click on images to get a general menu, and the middle-clicking on "Open image in new tab" a boon, because it would often enlarge the images and make them easier for me to see.

In the past two days, suddenly this has become a hit or miss situation and I'm not sure why. Sometimes I can middle-click on "open image in a new tab" multiple times and get no response. Other times if I hold down for a while and then release, it will open the image. And then other times again it will work as intended.

I'm not quite sure why this issue has suddenly occured.

Firefox is up to date, Version 113.0.2 (64-bit). My mouse is a KLIM Blaze, drivers 3.1 which again seem to be up to date. My middle-click in new-tab is set to true in firefox's config.

Does anyone know why these issues are happening?

We are using Firefox Portable for our self service kiosks however we are having real issues while printing longer order slips.

When we want to print slips longer than 25cm, Firefox automatically rescales the PDF and makes it so small that you can't even read sometimes.

Then we extend the paper size so it does not need to rescale however this time if the slip is short it prints the whole blank space remaining wasting a lot of paper.

Chrome does not do that and it only prints the non-blank area on the PDF.

We have tried numerous tips on here and stackoverflow (using about:config) but none seems to help.

I have attached a photo of the slips printed by both browsers for you to see the exact difference.

My laptop died but I have been able to rescue the SSD and turn it into a USB connected external drive. I can see all data from my old PC.

I have tried to copy all of my User, Local Apps Data Mozilla Profile data folders to my new Laptop but the data does not appear when I fire up Firefox on the new laptop.

The old laptop folder was c:\Users|Phil, the new laptop is C:\Users\Phill {setup of new PC added a second L to my name}

Is this an issue ?

When I start firefox its stand loading for a short time, and then comes with an error that its was unable to load the window, retry or close it. No matter what wepside i enter to use its always the same. This happen a few days ago and have been troubleshooting my self since. now i need your own help. I have reinstalled it, reset settings, taking it off and on the firewall. Removed all plugins for it. and always come to same conclution. I got the latets installer from the wepside, to make sure its up to the newest version.

Before this issue, it ran fine, no issues what so ever. and one day i needed it was stuck on this problem.

I am useing it on a laptop. atm returned to chrome for help.

With the latest update, I am unable to use the "Tools" button on Google search (to do things like results from past week, month, etc.). I have disabled all extensions and restarted the browser to no avail. What's odd is, I am able to use the Tools in a Private Firefox page with or without extensions enabled. But on my normal browser, the button doesn't work regardless.

Perhaps it was timing and the issue just started occurring when the update happened but I'm unsure how to solve it.

I would like to monitor what websites, who he gets and sends email to and so on. He does know to delete his history right after he's done using my company. Can I still get this information even thou he has deleted it from his history? If so, how?

Firefox always plays sound through my speakers, even if I select another audio output. The only way I've found to get around this is to open sound settings and disable my speakers. Then Firefox will use the correct output device.

No other applications have this problem, and all my audio devices work fine, excluding Firefox. Any help would be appreciated!

I keep getting interference from my browsing from McAfee that says my virus control has expired, which of course it has, because I changed to a different company. How do I keep them from interfering with my browsing with this message? It's irritating to keep getting that from them. I don't care about their virus protection, and I will never use them ever again because of this constant harrassment. I copied the website below so you can see what I'm talking about.

All of a sudden today, when I click my "Home" page, instead of my Home page I see this "Deceptive Site Ahead" warning. My "Home" page happens to be MY OWN ART WEBSITE, "richardkramerart.com", which I have had going for years !!! Please REMOVE the "Deceptive Site Ahead" warning. I assure you my website, "richardkramerart.com" is NOT A DANGEROUS site. I have designed it myself and have been using it for my artwork for many years. Hello everyone.

I've been using Firefox for quite a few years now and I'm used to keep my pinned tabs open after closing and then opening a Firefox windows.

Yesterday I noticed that after closing the navigator with the "X" in the tool bar menu, as I usually do, the pinned tabs are not "recovered" when opening again.

This happened randomly without configuration changes involved and drivers/firefox are updated to the last version available.

Moreover, I've tested the same in my notebook and it works just fine, as it keeps the tabs open when a new window is open.

Is there any troubleshooting for this or do you have any idea what could have caused this to happen?

Hi, I am Unable to Refresh Firefox, to default setting.. I have did used the 'ReFresh' mode a number of time in past 10-15 years or so.. but, this time on This Computer (Win-11) I am Not able to Access the Firefox Menu Button (top right), Or,

the Drop-Down Menu on the HELP Button, to get to a 'REFRESH' Firefox screen/page, that will Start the Refresh Process..

ALSO, fwiw, my Right Mouse button will not Work, for Any process..

I have always been able find a Refresh Button, that will work Prior, though am Not able to at this Time.. "Copy and Paste' also will not Work..

I have Deleted 'Cookies and Temporary Files' several times, and, Also Rebooted PC 5 or 6 Times to No avail yet as well..

Am I doing something wrong, or What else can I do, (to possibly activate a "Refresh".. I know Bookmarks & History, Passwords, were SAVED.. in Past. Hopefully Will/Can Still be Possible.

Bought a new computer that was supposed to come with Windows 11, but came with Windows 10 and right to upgrade. Set up computer, downloaded Firefox, and it ran fine. after a couple of hours, ran the upgrade to Windows 11. Firefox stopped opening. uninstalled then reinstalled Firefox several times, but each time during installation get the following message (image below):

"C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP140.DLL is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc000012f."

Have tried installing with and without defaults, and refreshing instead of reinstalling.
