when i go to Facebook i continue to get network errs and also in Facebook I keep getting something went wrong reload the page. I have disabled and deleted some add ons an even tried in trouble shoot mode and still i get it. I have tried every thing i know how even refreshed Firefox. I do not get it in Chrome and it has much of the same add ons or extensions. I tried to send a report to Facebook but you know how that goes.It is getting annoying Not sure if it Facebook and Firefox or just Facebook . But if ti is not happening in Chrome or edge that leads me to come to the conclusion it is Firefox

New version produces "Access Denied" when logging into Chewy.com Please fix this. I tried to add an image, but, like last time, doing so froze the page and I couldn't get back here. Had to start over. Can I revert to the earlier version of Firefox that worked? If so, how?

Have not been able to log on to a few sites (all financial base: bank etc) since approx April 2023 Have done all the dirty dozen: cache/update FF/reset/ disabled ad blocks etc.) and still no luck: had to revert back (after about 10 years) to safari (ugh) scoured back in archives for similar problems but found no answer. Does anyone have any idea? (i have not upgraded my mac os 10.14.06 and require itunes to remain) Thanks

My Linux/Computer guru passed away 5 years ago I have been using Firefox Quantum 57. 0.4 64 bit for Linux Mint 1.0 but am finding sites I need to access won't open or if they open can't use the functions there. I know nothing about computers and I have not been able to find a tech to take my desktop to to get it updated. I am afraid to update because computer is currently set up with protections so I can do banking etc.. but soon I won't be able to access that. Any suggestions as to what to do at this point or suggestions of tech's in the Far West Valley of Phoenix AZ to assist ? Thanks so much for your time and any suggestions. Cheers,

Although I didn't change anything with firefox, now my browser opens in a tiny window, and I must hit the full screen symbol twice to get it in full screen, why? I've done all the 'fixes' for this F11 and others, nothing changed.

Just recently I have noticed that the Closed Caption is way out of sync when streaming Prime movies on my PC. CC works fine in Edge, but not Firefox. Looking for some things to try to fix this.

I just went to one of my email folders in Googlemail and it was empty. When I began to check the other folders they are all empty as well, but on Google Chrome and on my phone all the messages are there. Why are they not there in Firefox? Can I get them back?

Hello! When I try to log into my Microsoft 365 Outlooks, I get the following message:

'Your browser is a bit unusual...

Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, using a different web browser or turning off your VPN.'

I did go in and turn off the ad blocker. I do not have a VPN, and I could not find anything about Javascript on the Preferences page.

Please let me know what to do so I can log into my email.

In a simple HTML file containing an Arabic / Urdu / Persian phrase: "با نشئہ درویشی در ساز و دمادم زن", Firefox in Linux (Ubuntu, to be more precise) uses the default font (DejaVu Sans) for the whole phrase except for one character (UNICODE: 6C1). Font used for this character is Noto Sans Arabic UI. So the text looks broken due to different fonts.

Please have a look at the attached screenshots for better understanding.

I've tried to search but could not find how exactly Firefox resolves preferences in Font Settings and CSS "font-family" preference to local fonts in Linux. Does this have to do something with "fontconfig"?

How can I make Firefox use only the default font for the whole phrase?

I have an intermittent problem with the back and forward buttons skipping pages. My home page is a blank page. From the home page I select the YouTube bookmark. I intend to right click on a video and select Open Link in New Window, but sometimes my touchpad doesn't see it as a right click and opens the video. When the video is done if I click on the back button, the browser takes me to the home page (blank) instead of the first YouTube page. If I then click on the forward button, YouTube loads a new page of videos to watch. There is no way to get back to the original first YouTube page which is annoying if there was something else I wanted to watch. I've had this happen with other sites as well. I originally thought this was a Firefox issue but now am wondering if my touchpad is interpreting the click on the back button as two clicks and causing it to go back two pages. Is this possible?
