First, try disabling extensions to see if one of them is causing the problem. See Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems.
If this doesn't fix it, try deleting all Google cookies. Follow the steps at Clear cookies and site data in Firefox
