I’m trying to set my Firefox homepage to be https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Random so I can see a new wiki page every time I open Firefox on my phone (Apple 14.) Alas it defaults to whatever page I have open when I try to do so.

Since a few versions ago, I am unable to scroll Firefox Suggest list when typing in address bar.

I heavily rely on history in my browsing. A few versions ago I was able to start typing in the address bar, which triggered 2 lists: (1) list of search engine suggestions and (2) a list named Firefox Suggest that was scrollable and included my bookmarks and history entries containing the typed text.

Currently, the Firefox Suggest list is only 2 rows long and is not scrollable; attempting to scroll closes the entire search window.

Is it possible to fix this? I tried to reinstall Firefox on my iPhone, with didn't help.

I’m trying to transfer my iPhone Firefox tabs (All 100+ of them) to my Mac laptop Firefox. I have already signed in before and I would really like some other way to transfer tabs than to tediously click every tab from the Firefox account drop down menu. The Firefox help page for setting up sync don’t help since I still need to click every one of those tabs from the drop down menu. If there is something I’m missing about the process can someone please explain it to me, and it would be greatly appreciated if someone to help me find a way to transfer my tabs all at once.

My iPhone is in dark mode, but websites on Mozilla are not automatically shown in dark mode, so I switch to dark mode in Mozilla too in order to make websites appear in dark mode. However, many images are shown in negatives now.

When I log into Easyjet.com I get a message :

My usual expert who helps me with computer snags tells me this is a Firefox issue. Is this true? If so can we do something about it?

I just updated firefox, and when I opened the app all my tabs were gone, it never asked to restore previous session, and i cant find any option in the menu or in history to restore previous session. Most of the help articles say to go to recently closed tabs but none of the recently disappeared tabs are in there because they were never “closed” and some were first opened months/years ago. How can we be expected to update firefox if it dumps all our tabs when we do? How can this still be a problem, this is something i was dealing with 20 years ago, then restoring previous sessions became an option…. And now its not an option anymore? Where did it go? Where is the restore previous session option on ios? Is there a solution i am missing?

Firefox auto opens other apps when I click on sites like Amazon or Etsy. I have those apps, but I usually want to continue browsing in Firefox. How do I stop this?

My logins are not, and have never, sync-ed properly between MacOS and iOS/iPadOS. Logins will sync Mac to Mac and mobile/tablet to mobile/tablet but never between the two. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox on all of the devices. I have tried turning off login sync and turning it back on in each of the devices. Nothing works. It never has.

It's such a basic feature, and it's incredibly frustrating that it has never worked properly.

My home page has been MSN News, but can no longer view it. First--it takes forever to load the site if it loads at all. Lots of spaces are blank & the main stories that used to appear in a box at the top with arrows to go to next story. No longer--just a photo now that goes to one article or a blank space. Works fine on Chrome, so it is definitely Firefox. I'm either going to have to switch browsers or get a new home page, but I would prefer to use Firefox & keep my home page. This seems to be an ongoing problem with Firefox and some websites. Booking.com is another--I get a lot of error pages in Firefox, but works fine in Chrome. What is going on?

Just updated Firefox to version 112.2 on my iPad which has iOS 15 Did the update via the apple App Store. Relaunched (restarted) Firefox and ALL tabs that were open are Gone! I can’t find the “restore previous session” option anywhere.

Can you tell me where to find it? How do I get the previous session back?!?

I’ve been using Firefox for years. Firefox not starting up after the update with all the previous tabs open is devastating to me. I need to get the previous session restored. Please help

My iPad keyboard (5 years old) suddenly stopped working when I try to search. I type a letter and the search bar kind of bounces then nothing is typed in. This happened suddenly a few days ago and is only happening on Firefox. Safari works just fine with the keyboard.

Hello. My occupation requires me to deal with videos, often heavy unedited videos and I usually download and upload those through Firefox. However these videos can become quite heavy on the hard disk especially in numbers. However, when deleting them in the download folder (through the Files app on the iPad), either Firefox or the iPad doesn’t consider them deleted and their weight is still present, though the file is clearly not in this world anymore. This amounts to dozens of gigabytes of data that I can’t delete, except if I completely remove and reinstall the Firefox app which can be quite annoying especially when dealing with account syncing.

Is this a known issue ? Is there a fix besides reinstalling the app ?
